These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of juneseventeen.com, our related websites, pages, applications, educational products, and digital services that link to these Terms, including Live Lab Love.

By accessing or using our websites, applications, or services, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our websites, applications, or services.

2. Use of Our Services

You may use our websites, applications, and educational materials for lawful, personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes, unless we provide written permission for another use.

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, servers, or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our websites, applications, or services.
  • Copy, scrape, extract, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of our content without permission.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative versions of our applications, except where permitted by applicable law.
  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or relationship with Juneseventeen.
  • Use our services in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, harmful material, or unauthorized personal information.
  • Attempt to manipulate account, quiz, progression, synchronization, or application systems in a way that compromises their intended operation.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, protect users, or maintain the security of our services.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

Certain Live Lab Love features allow users to create and access accounts.

Account functionality is provided using Google Firebase Authentication and related services.

When creating or using an account, you agree to provide accurate information where required and to avoid impersonating another person or using an account without authorization.

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your account credentials and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

You may use available educational features without an account where the application permits guest or local use.

Some features, particularly cloud synchronization and account-associated progress, may require you to sign in.

We may suspend or restrict accounts reasonably suspected of unauthorized use, fraud, abuse, or material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

4. Learning Progress and Cloud Synchronization

Live Lab Love may store educational activity and progress information locally on your device, through supported cloud services, or through a combination of both.

When cloud synchronization is available and enabled, account-associated learning records may be stored through Google Firebase services to support use across devices.

These records may include quiz results, educational progress, completed activities, achievements, preferences, and related learning information.

Cloud synchronization may be affected by internet connectivity, device compatibility, account availability, service interruptions, software errors, and third-party infrastructure.

We take reasonable steps to maintain application reliability but cannot guarantee that all data will synchronize immediately, that every device will maintain identical local records, or that all educational progress will remain recoverable under every circumstance.

Users should avoid relying on Live Lab Love as the sole permanent record of official academic performance, grades, certifications, or institutional requirements.

5. Educational Purpose Only

Our products and services are designed for education, study, review, and learning support.

Live Lab Love and our other educational materials may include content relating to medical laboratory science, clinical chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunohematology, clinical microscopy, histopathology, general pathology, and other health-related subjects.

This content is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, laboratory consultation, professional instruction, or a substitute for qualified professional judgment.

Users should rely on licensed professionals, official references, institutional protocols, applicable laws, regulations, and qualified instructors for clinical, academic, or professional decisions.

Our applications are not intended to process identifiable patient information for clinical care.

Users must not submit confidential patient records or patient-identifying information through application accounts, profiles, or other submission features.

6. No Guarantee of Examination Results

Our educational products may support board-style review, topic mastery, recall, interpretation, application, and other study goals.

We do not guarantee that using our services will result in passing an examination, obtaining certification, improving academic standing, or achieving any specific educational or professional outcome.

Users remain responsible for their academic conduct, study decisions, institutional requirements, and examination preparation.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, our websites, applications, software, text, questions, explanations, illustrations, graphics, designs, structure, arrangement, branding, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Juneseventeen Software Publishing.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission, except for ordinary personal study or uses expressly permitted by applicable law.

The names “Juneseventeen Software Publishing,” “Juneseventeen,” and “Live Lab Love,” together with related branding, may not be used to imply unauthorized endorsement, affiliation, or ownership.

8. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our websites, applications, and educational materials for lawful, personal, and educational purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of our content, software, branding, or intellectual property.

9. User Feedback and Suggestions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, corrections, ideas, bug reports, or feature requests, you permit us to use that information to develop and improve our products and services.

You retain any rights you may have in your original submissions but grant Juneseventeen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, adapt, and incorporate such feedback for product development, documentation, and service improvement.

This does not override applicable privacy rights regarding personal information contained in a submission.

10. User-Submitted Content and Profiles

Where our applications or services allow user-submitted material, including account profiles, display names, profile images, or feedback, users remain responsible for the content they provide.

You agree not to submit material that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, malicious, or otherwise harmful.

You must not submit confidential patient information, unauthorized third-party personal information, or materials that violate another person’s rights.

You retain ownership of original content you lawfully submit.

You grant Juneseventeen permission to process, store, display, and transmit such material only as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable features and operate the services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Our websites and applications may use or interact with third-party services, including:

  • Google Firebase Authentication
  • Google Cloud Firestore
  • Google Analytics for Firebase
  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Application stores and distribution platforms
  • Email, communication, and technical service providers
  • External educational resources

Third-party service availability, technical operation, and privacy practices may be governed by their applicable agreements and policies.

Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities under applicable law for services and information processing under our control.

12. App Stores and Platform Rules

If you obtain our applications through Google Play or another marketplace, your use may also be subject to that platform’s applicable terms and requirements.

Where app store requirements impose mandatory conditions, those requirements apply to the extent required by applicable law or platform rules.

13. Payments, Subscriptions, and Purchases

Our services may currently be provided without paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.

If we introduce paid features, subscriptions, premium materials, or purchases, we will provide applicable pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund information before or at the time of purchase.

Purchases through app stores may be governed by the relevant platform’s payment and refund rules.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our websites, applications, and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

The Privacy Policy describes our collection, use, storage, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information, including account information, synchronized educational progress, and application analytics.

Agreement to these Terms does not replace any separate consent or notice required under applicable privacy law.

15. Account Deletion and Termination

Users may stop using our applications at any time.

Users with Live Lab Love accounts may request account deletion through the mechanisms described in our Privacy Policy, including available in-app and web-based account deletion resources.

Deletion of an account may permanently remove access to cloud-synchronized progress, achievements, saved preferences, and other account-associated information.

Uninstalling an application or signing out of an account does not necessarily delete the associated account or records stored through cloud services.

When an account deletion request is completed, associated personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, applicable legal requirements, and disclosed retention exceptions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, or threats to service security.

16. Availability and Changes to Services

We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove features, content, or services from time to time.

We may also correct errors, revise educational content, update technical systems, alter application features, and remove outdated information.

We do not guarantee that all services will remain continuously available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Where a change materially affects users’ rights or access to important services, we will provide notice when appropriate or legally required.

17. Accuracy of Content

We seek to provide useful and accurate educational materials. However, errors, omissions, outdated information, and differences in laboratory or reference standards may occur.

Users should verify important information using official references, qualified instructors, institutional materials, professional guidelines, and applicable laws.

We may correct, update, or remove educational content as necessary.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our websites, applications, content, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, completeness, absolute security, suitability for a particular purpose, or freedom from all technical defects.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Juneseventeen Software Publishing, its owners, personnel, contractors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of our websites, applications, products, or services.

This may include losses relating to data, profits, academic outcomes, examination results, device problems, temporary service interruptions, or reliance on educational materials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

20. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juneseventeen Software Publishing, its owners, personnel, contractors, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of our services, material violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections.

Disputes arising from the use of our services shall be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law and proper venue rules, unless other mandatory legal requirements apply.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services, technology, business operations, or legal obligations change.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Material changes may be announced through the website, application, email, or another appropriate channel.

Where applicable law requires additional notice or affirmative agreement, we will seek it as required.
