Live Lab Love is an educational application operated by Juneseventeen Software Publishing and published on Google Play under the developer name Harrier Learning Systems.

The information collected depends on the website, application, feature, and services you choose to use.
A. Information You Provide Directly
We may collect information you voluntarily submit, including:

- Organization, school, or affiliation, if provided

B. Website and Hosting Information

C. Live Lab Love Account Information
Live Lab Love provides account functionality using Firebase Authentication, a service provided by Google.

- Technical information used for authentication, account security, and abuse prevention
Firebase Authentication handles authentication credentials and associated authentication processes. Juneseventeen does not need to receive or store your raw password in its own application database.
Authentication information is processed to create accounts, verify identity, facilitate sign-in, secure access, and provide account-related services.
D. Live Lab Love Learning Progress and Cloud Synchronization
Live Lab Love processes educational activity data to provide learning, review, and progress-tracking features.
Depending on the features used, this information may include:
- Subjects, chapters, and topics accessed
- Quiz attempts, scores, results, and completion records
- Laboratory simulator and interactive activity progress
- Achievements, completion indicators, and learning milestones
- App preferences and user-selected settings
- Information required to associate synchronized progress with a user account
Some information may remain stored locally on your device.
When you use an account with cloud synchronization, relevant learning records may also be stored through Google Cloud Firestore, allowing your progress to be retrieved or synchronized across supported devices.
Cloud synchronization requires processing information associated with your account identifier. Deleting or uninstalling the application does not automatically delete account information or cloud-stored learning records.
We use these learning records to deliver educational functionality and maintain user progress. They are not collected for patient care, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making.
E. Google Analytics for Firebase
Live Lab Love uses Google Analytics for Firebase to help us understand how learners discover, access, and use the application.
Depending on the application platform, configuration, and features used, Analytics may automatically collect or process:
- App launches and session activity
- Screen views and navigation events
- Interactions with educational features
- Device type, device model, operating system, and app version
- Technical and application information
- Approximate geographic information derived from network information
- Pseudonymous app-instance identifiers and related technical identifiers
- Other automatically collected Analytics events
We may also configure custom educational activity events, such as:
- Opening a topic or chapter
- Starting or completing a quiz
- Starting or completing a laboratory simulator
- Viewing learning progress
- Using specific educational features
These events help us identify technical problems, understand which features are useful, prioritize improvements, and evaluate the general effectiveness of our educational services.
Depending on the Analytics SDK configuration, device advertising identifiers may also be collected. Any such collection is subject to the applicable configuration and disclosure requirements.
Where supported and appropriate, collection or use of Analytics information may be limited through application settings, consent controls, or technical configuration.
We do not intentionally transmit raw passwords, patient information, or directly identifying personal information such as email addresses as custom Analytics event parameters.
Analytics information may be processed by Google in accordance with its applicable service terms, data processing arrangements, and privacy documentation.

F. Medical and Educational Information
Live Lab Love is an educational product for medical laboratory science and related disciplines.
It is not intended to collect identifiable patient medical records, clinical laboratory results associated with patients, or personal health information for diagnosis or treatment.
Users should not submit patient-identifiable information or confidential clinical records through account profiles, feedback forms, support requests, or other application features.
3. How We Use Information
We may use collected information to:
- Operate and maintain our websites and applications
- Create, authenticate, and manage user accounts
- Store, retrieve, and synchronize educational progress
- Provide quizzes, study materials, simulators, and related features

7. Google Play and Other Distribution Platforms
Our applications may be distributed through Google Play or other platforms.

We maintain separate application Data safety disclosures where required.
Our Google Play Data safety declaration is intended to reflect the actual data practices of the distributed application, including relevant third-party SDKs.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal obligations, security needs, and legitimate retention requirements.
Different categories of information may have different retention periods.
Account information: Account records are generally retained while an account remains active and are subject to deletion when an account deletion request is completed, except where limited retention is required or permitted by law.
Synchronized learning records: Cloud-stored educational progress is generally retained while the associated account remains active, unless records are deleted earlier through available application features or a valid deletion request.
Locally stored information: Data stored on a device remains subject to device storage and application behavior. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app may affect locally stored records differently from cloud-stored records.
Analytics information: Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured for our Google Analytics property and applicable Google service policies. Identifiable or pseudonymous event-level data is not intended to be retained longer than necessary for its stated purposes.
Website and security records: Technical logs and security-related records are retained according to operational, security, hosting, and applicable legal requirements.
Support correspondence: Requests and related correspondence may be retained as needed to resolve inquiries, maintain appropriate business records, or address disputes.
Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from all backups or systems operated by service providers. Such residual information remains subject to applicable retention and deletion procedures.
Aggregated or properly anonymized information that can no longer reasonably identify an individual may be retained for statistical, educational, or business analysis.

Live Lab Love Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Live Lab Love account and associated personal information.
Account deletion requests may be submitted through the account-deletion mechanism made available in the application, through our published account-deletion web resource, or by contacting support@juneseventeen.com.
When a valid account deletion request is processed, we will arrange deletion of the associated authentication account and relevant cloud-stored personal learning records, subject to applicable legal requirements and disclosed retention exceptions.
Deleting an account may permanently remove access to synchronized progress, achievements, and other account-associated records.
Uninstalling Live Lab Love does not automatically delete a Firebase Authentication account or cloud-stored learning data.

Our websites and applications may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, educational resources, or services.
Third-party websites and services may have independent privacy practices. We encourage users to review their policies before providing personal information.
